  • We use Google Meet for Live support calls and make use of Microsoft’s “Quick Assist”. our agents will advise you on actions to take not take control of your system.

If you are experiencing complex issues in the installation of some software or within your crush system it’s possible to book an advanced life support session. These sessions are hosted by a master’s certified programmer with the least a silver certification.  

 In these sessions to programmer will use a variety of tools to interface with your system directly either by using remote desktop, a VPN connection or other remote tools.
