De-Active Licence

Licences are restricted to a single activation and the first time you activate a licence your the mac address of your processor is stored in our licensing system.

You can move a licence from one processor to another if required but you must deactivate the licence before you re-enable it on another processor.

De-Activating a Licence to “free up” the licence key will be cleared from the system. This will allow you to activate it on another system

• Console Command

If you have a complete hardware failure and still have a processor tied to a licence key then raise a support ticket referencing the order and MAC address and we will clear it from your system.
