GENERAL NOTES:

This driver is setup using the LCD Clobal Cache Configurator where you can: 
- Configure the connection details of the Global Cache 
- Browse and test the IR code-sets available from the Global Cache online database
- Upload a custom code-set specific for your device or requirement
- Modify the IR codes to send for each of the device commands
- Add or update the Licence Key used for the driver 

This driver is compatible with 4 series Crestron Home projects (including PC4-R)

VENDOR SETUP:

1. Install the Driver on your Crestron Home System by first finding it in the Drivers Section of the Crestron Home Setup App  
   You will find the Display Driver in: Drivers > Displays > Global Cache > Global Cache IP2IR

2. Open the link provided in the driver user attribute "LCD IR APP URL" using a web browser on the same network

3. Complete the Global Cache connection details and IR codeset command setup in the LCD Global Cache Configurator  

note:
The LCD Clobal Cache Configurator discovers Global Cache IP2IR iTach devices installed on the same 
local area network as the Crestron Processor.
If discovery is not possible then the IP Address and Port of the IP2IR can be entered manually.

Select the IR port to use on the Global Caché NB: to use multiple ports on a single device concurrently you need to install multiple LCD IR Apps

Select one of the brands that best matches your device

Select one of the device types that best matches your device

Select one of the model code-sets that best matches your device

Use the test code window to transmit codes to your device and check compatibility

Modify the brand, device type and model to test other code-sets for compatibility with your device

Modify the IR code/s to send on each device command

For each device command you can:

• Select alternate IR codes from the code-set to send
• Adjust the repeat count used for each IR code
• Create a macro of IR codes including delays
