Our fees are per calendar month for the contract period of one year from the date of the contract. Expenses printing, and report production are included in the monthly fee. Example packages for different system types.

Custom packages can be tailored to you needs following a condition survey.

Lighting Control bills at the end of each month for fees and expenses incurred during that month. Payment is due within 30 days. Alternatively, a one-off annual payment can be made if preferred.

Remote support can be topped up using our online form on your client portal up to a limit agreed contractually with you in advance.

Reactive Visits can be purchased in addition to the included Inspection visits.

Before we take on the maintenance of a lighting system we need to ensure that it is in good working order..

We will provide an initial assessment of the condition of you system and may require you to implement some improvements to bring it up to a maintainable standard.
