How do I associate a Licence to a new Processor if my processor is bricked
For Products Launched prior to October 2023 if you cant deactivate the licence on the original hardware then the only way is to drop us a support ticket requesting the deactivation.
For products post October 2023 you can deactivate the licence your self on the hardware or on the licence management page. Once you deactivate a licence for an active product the active licenced product will no longer be functional and its function until a new licence is applied and activated.
